Created a WordPress installation to create an internal KnowledgeBase site to document commonly worked on projects.  At SDI there were a lot of legacy computers that required special attention, and because of the uniqueness of the equipment attention had to be focused on bringing the computers back online to do their assigned job.

The WordPress site documented common fixes for several machines, steps for common tasks, as well as a list of common questions and answers I was asked in order to help streamline answering, and conveying the correct answers.
